ARDEX WPM 300 is a two component water based epoxy polyamide membrane/barrier coating.

Low water vapour transmission coating and as a barrier/seal coating over freshly laid or damp concrete. Waterproofing barrier on the negative side in below grade surfaces such as basements, tunnels, liftwells, retaining walls and carparks. Waterproofing membrane or barrier coating over freshly laid hardened concrete, prior to the application of conventional levelling compounds carpet and tile adhesives. As a barrier seal coating over damp, green or efllorescence producing concrete prior to overcoating with conventional building paints.

RLA Moisture Seal is a water based 2 part epoxy designed as a water and vapour proof coating under water proofing
membranes and / or adhesives..
Areas of use:
• Used as a base water proofing system prior to the application of water proofing membranes or adhesives where a water
and vapour transmission barrier is required.
• Suitable for use in conjunction with other coatings – examples – decorative paints, protective coatings, tiling adhesives and

Uses

Multithane Std is designed to waterproof most non-exposed applications within the building and construction industry including:

Tiled or Covered Areas: Shower recess & wet areas (floors and upturns), decks, balconies, terraces, podiums, retaining walls, planters & landscaped areas, structural slabs, water retaining structures (e.g. tanks), pits and bunding areas.

Multithane Std is a single pack, liquid applied, moisture curing, self leveling, waterproofing membrane which cures to form a seamless, tough, durable, elastomeric (class 3 ) waterproofing membrane. Multithane Std bonds well to most suitably primed building substrates and is suitable for above and below ground applications.
Colour: Grey.

Multithane Std meets the criteria of:

AS4858:2004 Wet Area Membranes
AS4654.2 Exterior, for non UV exposed applications
the ‘Green Star’ environmental criteria.

The product exhibits excellent chemical resistance and has been formulated to inhibit biological growth.

Multithane Std is one of four versions within the Multithane range which include: Multithane UV; Multithane HV (High Viscosity anti-‘sag’) and Multithane HV UV. Please refer to these product data sheets for more information.

MapeGrout T40

Medium strength (40 MPa) thixotropic mortar for the repair of concrete.
Use Mapegrout T40 to repair damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and corners of columns and beams.
Mapegrout T40 is also recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals and water works in general.
Mapegrout T40 can also be used to repair surfaces permanently in contact with drinking water.
Mapegrout T40, mixed with about 16% water, forms a very workable mortar with a thixotropic consistency that is easily applied on vertical surfaces without shuttering.
Mapegrout T40 is applied by trowel, float or plaster sprayer on damp supports that are solid and free of loose sections, which have previously been saturated with water.
Repairs up to 30-35 mm thick in a single coat can be made.
Consumption
18.5 kg/m2 per cm of thickness.

Gripset 59 High Build Bitumen

Unique bitumen compound designed for applications where high build finishes are required. Application is by spatula or trowel achieving film builds in excess of 10mm in a singular application. Under compression the waterproofing properties and water vapour transmission properties are further enhanced offering an ideal durable membrane for subterranean applications
